Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. A notification will be sent to your email when the order is shipped. Orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Lotus in October is not responsible for shipping delays, or lost or stolen packages once received by USPS. It will be the customer’s responsibility to contact their local Post Office if an issue arises. We offer $6.50 flat rate shipping to customers in the United States. Free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
